On behalf of the Bonalba Bowls Club committee and our members, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who participated in the Geoff Dowson Open Mixed Triples Competition on Saturday, May 31st.

With 96 bowlers competing for our largest prize pot to date, it was wonderful to see such a high level of participation, which contributed significantly to the success of this event.

The exceptionally warm weather presented a challenge for all participants, leading us to sell nearly 300 bottles of water throughout the event.

Peter Bonsor, Lisa Bonsor and Darren Reynolds (Greenlands)

The runners-up were Dave Morrison, Sue Bosworth and Andy Myles (Greenlands)

Third place went to Greg Sperring, Cristina Harris (EL Cid) and Linda Saunders (Greenlands)

A special thank you goes to Tina Davies for her hard work in the kitchen. We also want to express our gratitude to Dave Sparrow and Karen Mayne, who tirelessly assisted in the kitchen, along with all the other volunteers.
