Today we travelled to our friends at Benitachell Bowls Club for the annual Friendly Cup.

 With nearly 50 bowlers taking part, it was a fantastic day.

There was some excellent bowling from both sides, with plenty of friendly rivalry, laughter and great sportsmanship throughout the day.

Sadly, there can only be one winner, and this year it was BBC, who came out on top with a final score of:

Congratulations to BBC on a well-deserved victory. 

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make it such an enjoyable day. The result may not have gone our way, but the friendship and good humour certainly did!

Well done BBC — we’ll be looking forward to having another go at the cup next year!
